SHIPPING INFORMATION

Local Orders within Accra are delivered on the next business day via a local courier. 

All other orders are delivered via DHL EXPRESS within 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS anywhere in world, AFTER order is processed.

Kindly note that items in stock take 12-24 HOURS to be processed. However items that are out of stock but are available on PRE-ORDER take 7 - 21 days to be processed, as such, delivery times for pre-ordered items may be delayed.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at customersupport@goldcoastmerch.com. A Gold Coast Merch representative will be happy to assist you locate your order. 

Please note that you are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into a specific country.
